Massage Therapy

Therapeutic yet deeply relaxing treatments. A strong focus is placed on slow release. Areas of tension are met at equal resistance and then with a firm hand pressure and unhurried treatment style your problem areas are addressed.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Areas of swelling and edema are addressed in this light touch treatment. Quite often swelling can be seen in the legs or hands that needs to be addressed. This treatment can be a medical referral and I am happy to work with your primary care physician.

This is a treatment targeted towards breast and chest health. Treatment might include therapeutic massage for soft tissue complaints as well as lymphatic drainage for swelling or immune system function. This is a treatment targeted towards breast and chest health. Treatment to the breast tissue is often beneficial before or after surgery for breast cancer or elective and gender affirming surgeries. It can help with common complaints of pain, scarring, swelling, numbness, and reduced range of motion in the shoulder, neck or thorax. It is also beneficial for anyone interested in overall breast health. As this is a sensitive area the treatment style is very gentle yet therapeutic in nature.

Pre and Post Surgery

We offer specialized massage therapy services for pre and post-surgical considerations.
Before surgery, we address swelling and promote drainage. After surgery, lymphatic drainage is recommended to manage swelling and reduce pain, while at the same time aiding the immune system. Once healed we work on scar tissue remodeling for a smooth and unrestrictive scar.

Hand, Foot, and Scalp Massage

Massage addressing hands, feet, and/or scalp. These 3 important areas are rich with nerve endings and clients can benefit from increased levels of relaxation. Water based lotion is always used to ensure no adverse reactions and ultimate hydration
This treatment can be useful for individuals undergoing chemotherapy.

I am a 2200 hour Massage Therapist with 10 years of treatment experience. I am trained to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including TMJD, headaches, tendonitis and other overuse injuries, as well as back pain. I am specifically trained to treat clients who have undergone breast surgery and post surgical interventions. My combination of massage and lymphatic drainage is very useful to help with the healing process and my scar treatments can be useful later to reduce complications. Lymphatic work can be performed on many types of swelling and edema or just a a general tune up.
